Job Title:                             Accounts Receivable Associate
Location:                             Paramus, NJ
Department:                       Accts. Receivable
Job Type:                            Part time (25 hours/week Monday-Friday)
Classification:                   Non-Exempt
Experience Level:            Minimum 2-5 years
Education Level:              High School Diploma
Rate of Pay:                      $12.00/hr.
 
Position Overview:  The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be creating invoices, billing, month end closing, and all aspects of AR.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enter incoming payments
  • Review and analyze aging reports
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Verify payroll hours for various departments
  • Record passenger counts
  • Sort bus tickets by fare type
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
